TITANUM
TITANUM is a steel single door, covered with wood or artificial wood panels.
The door is armoured, including fire, thermal and sound insulation. These and other characteristics of the door have been established in the BENOR certificate.
About product
The metal door construction (the frame and the door panel) is made of 1.5 mm steel. The construction of the door panel features a single vertical stiffening element, 3 horizontal stiffening elements (depending on the height of the door) and a protective 1.5 mm tin on the outside.
The steel construction of the door panel is covered with decorative wood panels.
The door features an automatic drop seal.
The door frame is 25 mm, filled with plaster tape and mineral wool. The door frame can be covered with an additional metal frame (1.5 mm), encasing the wall corners on the external side of the door.
The door has three vertical adjustable hinges (adjusted at the factory).
FIAM 678 GF lock (featuring 4 locking points: 6 horizontal bolts + 1 vertical bolt for upward locking); ISEO R6 cylinder.
Five fixed bolts on the hinge side.
Door frame is made from 1,5 mm thickness cold rolled steel (Steel „DC- 01 „Severstal“, Russia), with open custom bend. Door frame depth is 80 (+-2) mm. Door frame is filled with mineral wool „Paroc extra“ („Paroc Oy Ab“, Finland) and gypsium board („Norgips, UAB“, Lithuania). There is no treshold.

Door leaf is made of rectangular open – bent profile, with a thickness of 1.50 mm (Steel DC-
01 „Severstal“, Russia). For the ridgity of the door leaf the partitions are made of rectangular folded open profile and with a thickness of 0.8 mm (Steel DC – 01 „Severstal“, Russia). The outer protective sheet has a thickness of 1.50 mm (Steel DC- 01 „Severstal“, Russia). For the rigdity of the door leaf the partitions are interconnected with short length welds. Door leaf frame is fixed to the outer protective sheet with short welds. The whole construction of the door (except for moving and covered parts) is covered with polymeric powder paint (Powder paint „Europolveri SpA“, Italy). There is drop – down seal mechanical treshold is the door leaf.
There is mounted one lock with one handle – Fiam 678 GF („ISEO Serrature S.p.A.“, Italy). Door closer „Dorma TS93B (EN5-7) (Dormakaba“ GmbH, Germany) and peepeye Pedret 14 RF30 („Mirillas opticas“ S.L.”, Spain).
Door leaf is filled with heat and sound insulation material, which is mineral wool Paroc extra
50 mm thickness („Paroc Oy Ab“, Finland).
LP STANDART
Doors decorated with various milled patterns. The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF) covered with multi-colored PVC film.

STANDART
The doors are finished with chipboard laminated with wood imitation (LMDP) of various colors. Door finish is smooth, without milled patterns.

DEKOR
The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF) covered with multi-colored PVC film. During the door manufacturing process, the details of the trim panel are cut out, after which each detail is laminated separately, and only then the panel is assembled into a single pattern. In this way, a pattern of exceptional design and shape is produced.

LINE
The door is finished with chipboard, laminated with wood imitation in various colors. The sash is decorated in a vertical and horizontal texture direction, and the plane is split with a decorative aluminum strip.

DAF
Stained, lacquered exterior doors for houses, cottages and other buildings. They are resistant to moisture, weathering. The door is finished with moisture-resistant, outdoor wood veneer (DAF), which is stained and varnished, thus highlighting the wood texture. The door can be with double glazing.

Modern style steel doors decorated with aluminum strips for interior protection. The door is finished with chipboard, laminated with wood imitation in various colors. The sash is decorated in a vertical and horizontal texture direction, and the plane is split with a decorative aluminum strip.
