Not all armored doors can be used outdoors. Based on the conditions, we have designed a door that is exclusively suitable for use on the exterior of a building – the door of a waiting house, cottage or palace – a business card for your home. It is according to them that at first glance your guests will decide what to expect when they arrive.
We manufacture doors according to customers’ tastes and fashions specific to different locations, countries and people. They can be calm, laconic, with modest lines, and can be richly decorated with décor elements. But one thing that is common to all our doors – they are safe and warm.

About product
Outdoor door with good thermal resistance – 0,95 (option 0,81) W/(m2.K). Doors has safety (RC3), sound-proof (42 dB) qualities.
Door frame consists of two structural parts: metal frame and wooden (with polystyrene poluretan inside) frames. The metal part of the door structure is insulated with wood to minimise thermal conductivity.

Steel Construction
The steel construction of the door is made of bent profile protective sheet, using 2 mm steel. The construction is welded using semi-automatic MIG technology. Phosphated, primed and powder coated. The number of the hinges depends on the door measurements. 3 protective hinge pins to prevent the door from being lifted out. Lock and handle options – ASSA or Mottura safe lock, or another security class 7 lock with vertical pins. The inside of the door and door frame is filled with mineral wool and polyurethane. Composite threshold – stainless steel and oak. Can feature various options of décor and design, including authentic panels.

D20/35 – L shaped oak threshold with inserted sealing gasket „O“ („OT-kumi“ Oy, Finland).
Various types of locking systems are used, adapting to the customer’s needs.
Door frame and door leaf are filled with heat and sound insulation material, which is mineral wool.
Paroc WAS35 („Paroc“ Oy, Finland). There is 2 Finnfoam XPS (UAB „Finnfoam“, Lithuania) sheets, which thickness is 12 and 15 mm, thar are glued (glue „Kestopur” 1c 10, Finland) together and attached to the door leaf.
DAF LINE
Modern style steel doors decorated with aluminum strips for interior protection. The door is finished with chipboard, laminated with wood imitation in various colors. The sash is decorated in a vertical and horizontal texture direction, and the plane is split with a decorative aluminum strip.

NATURE
Doors decorated with various patterns. The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF), covered with a multi-colored natural wood joint, which can be varnished and stained with multi-colored stains.

DAF
Stained, lacquered exterior doors for houses, cottages and other buildings. They are resistant to moisture, weathering. The door is finished with moisture-resistant, outdoor wood veneer (DAF), which is stained and varnished, thus highlighting the wood texture. The door can be with double glazing.

LIUKS
Painted exterior doors for houses, cottages and other buildings. They are resistant to moisture, weathering. The door is finished with a moisture-resistant, outdoor wood dust board (MDF) painted in RAL color. The door can be with double glazing.
