Steel Construction
The steel construction of the door is made of bent profile protective sheet, using 1.5 mm steel. The construction is welded using semi-automatic MIG technology. Powder coated. The number of the hinges depends on the door measurements. 10 protective hinge pins to prevent the door from being lifted out. Lock and handle options – ASSA or Mottura safe lock, or another security class 7 lock with vertical pins. Threshold options – steel, coated, stainless steel or oak. The inside of the door and door frame is filled with mineral wool. The door can feature various options of décor and design, including authentic panels. What makes this construction special is that combines elements of other types of door.

L shape oak treshold with inserted sealing gasket „O“ („OT-kumi“ Oy, Finland).
Oak threshold, thickness – 20 mm (drawing No.ASM.041). Width – 80 mm. Length – depends of door width. Threshold welding plate and its welding points shown in drawings No.ASM.023 and ASM.047.

Various types of locking systems are used, adapting to the customer’s needs.
Door and door frame are filled with heat and sound insulation material, which is mineral wool Paroc Extra 50 mm thickness (Mineral insulation PAROC EXTRA 50 mm, „Paroc Oy Ab“, Finland).
The door blade is finished from both the outside and inside by using 12 mm thickness MDF, coated with PVC film („Glunz AG“, Germany), which is attached to the steel structure by 2,5 x 9 mm. woodscrews („SPAX International GmbH Co“, Germany). Architraves is made from 18 mm thickness MDF coated with PVC film („Glunz AG“, Germany).

Doors decorated with various milled patterns. The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF) covered with multi-colored PVC film.

STANDART
The doors are finished with chipboard laminated with wood imitation (LMDP) of various colors. Door finish is smooth, without milled patterns.

DEKOR
The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF) covered with multi-colored PVC film. During the door manufacturing process, the details of the trim panel are cut out, after which each detail is laminated separately, and only then the panel is assembled into a single pattern. In this way, a pattern of exceptional design and shape is produced.

LINE
Modern style steel doors decorated with aluminum strips for interior protection. The door is finished with chipboard, laminated with wood imitation in various colors. The sash is decorated in a vertical and horizontal texture direction, and the plane is split with a decorative aluminum strip.

NATURE

Stained, lacquered exterior doors for houses, cottages and other buildings. They are resistant to moisture, weathering. The door is finished with moisture-resistant, outdoor wood veneer (DAF), which is stained and varnished, thus highlighting the wood texture. The door can be with double glazing.
