About product
The steel construction of the door is made of bent profile protective sheet, using 2 mm steel. The construction is welded using semi-automatic MIG technology. Reinforced with additional elements, this type of construction is particularly sturdy and resistant to static or dynamic load. Powder coated. The number of the hinges depends on the door measurements, ranging from 3 with 5 special protective hinge pins to protect the door from being lifted out. Safe Mottura lock, security class 7, featuring vertical pins and two additional horizontal double locking mechanisms. 8-16 special door frame bolts not only make the installation easier, but also protect the installation bolts from cutting. Threshold options – steel, oak or drop down seal, installed at the bottom of the panel. The inside of the panel and the door frame is filled with a double layer of mineral wool (50+15 mm). Can feature various options of décor and design, including authentic panels.
Because of these features, this type of door can be covered with panels that are suitable for using on the exterior.

Door leaf and door frame are filled with heat and sound insulation material, which is mineral wool (“Paroc Ultra”, Paroc OY, Finland).
The door blade is finished from both the outside and inside by using 12 mm thick MDF („Glunz AG“, Germany), coated with PVC film, which is attached to the steel structure by 2,5 x 9 mm. woodscrews („SPAX International GmbH Co“).

DEKOR
The door is finished with wood dust board (MDF) covered with multi-colored PVC film. During the door manufacturing process, the details of the trim panel are cut out, after which each detail is laminated separately, and only then the panel is assembled into a single pattern. In this way, a pattern of exceptional design and shape is produced.

LINE
